1. Click the "Download" button below to be taken to the CompuCell installation page.
2. Click on download for your operating system
3. For Windows users- Select the 64bit file to download
For Mac users- Select the file to download that corresponds to your OSX version (10.6 or above)
For Linux users- Select the file that corresponds to your distribution of ubuntu.
4. After selecting the file to download, follow the on screen instructions to install CompuCell
ABOUT COMPUCELL​
Compucell 3D is a modeling software, which can be used for single- or multi-cell- based simulations for organs, tissues, and organisms. Compucell3D has been used to model many biomedical transport problems, including the immune response to cancer, modeling of diseases like kidney cystic disease and diabetic occlusion of the arteries, and the general modeling of cell growth, adhesion, death, proliferation, migration, clustering, death, and differentiation. Many researchers put out basic models for others to use in their research and replicate, and then show their findings separately [7].
